AI Content Permissions and Troubleshooting
If the AI Content menu is missing or Generate fails, check licensing, provider setup, and your role. Your administrator assigns roles under Settings → Users & roles.
Roles, in plain language
| Role (typical) | What it unlocks |
|---|---|
| Content Creator | Generate and work with drafts |
| Content Manager | Approve content, library, and calendar |
| AI Content Admin | Providers, prompt templates, usage, and full settings |
Fine-grained rights may also cover library view, content approve, calendar manage, batch create, and provider settings. Ask your administrator which role matches your job.
Most day-to-day screens require company portal access. Deleting History requests is limited to company management administrators, and is blocked when approved content already exists on the request.
