Generate and Approve Content
One brief can produce copy for many platforms. Review each platform before you approve — approved pieces feed the library and calendar.
Generate content
- Open AI Content → Generate Content.
- Fill in:
- Product / service name (required)
- Target audience (required)
- Marketing goal (required)
- Tone (preset options)
- Language (default English)
- Platforms — one or more, up to 14
- Optional: extra context, keywords, CRM lead, saved content template
- Optionally turn on Generate SEO keywords.
- Click Generate.
What happens next
- Six or fewer platforms: Results usually appear on the right panel.
- More than six platforms: The job is queued; the page waits until processing finishes.
- For each platform tab: Approve, Edit, Copy (copies are tracked), or send feedback with a quality rating.
- Open History for the full request record.
Regenerate
From History or the detail view, regenerate selected platforms without re-entering the whole brief.
History
- Filter by status, platform, date, or search.
- Export the list as CSV from History when you need a spreadsheet.
- Delete a request is limited to company administrators, and is blocked if any piece is already Approved.
- From detail: approve or edit pieces, add a calendar entry, regenerate, or leave feedback.

CRM lead link
When CRM is licensed, you can attach a CRM lead on Generate. After generation, Biznsbook can log CRM activity for follow-up.
Finished copy you want to keep as a governed file can also be uploaded to Documents.
