Run Batch Generation

Batch generation runs many briefs in the background when you need more than a single Generate session.

Create a batch​

  1. Go to AI Content → Batch Generation and start a new batch.
  2. Define multiple briefs (name, audience, goal, platforms, and related fields).
  3. Submit — processing runs in the background.
  4. Open the batch status page to track progress.
  5. Cancel while the batch is still queued or processing if you need to stop it.

Companies can have up to two active batches at a time. Wait for one to finish (or cancel it) before starting another if you hit the cap.

After the batch finishes​

Review generated pieces in History, approve what you want, then move strong performers into the Content Library and Content Calendar. Store final files in Documents when the campaign needs a governed archive.

Insights​

AI Content → Insights shows generation volume, template viral scores, top-performing content, and operational health. Figures may refresh on a short cache (about 15 minutes).
