Use Workflow Templates

Templates give you proven workflow patterns so you do not start from a blank definition. Using a template creates a copy for your company — edit it freely without changing the system original.

Browse and use a template

  1. Go to Automation → Templates.
  2. Browse by category (expense, CRM, inventory, labour, and others).
  3. Open a template that matches your goal.
  4. Choose Use template to create a new workflow for your company.
  5. Review the trigger, conditions, and actions — adjust emails, recipients, delays, and thresholds for your process.
  6. Save, then activate from Workflows when ready.

Patterns templates often cover

  • Expense approval or submission email alerts
  • Lead assignment or lead drip enrollment
  • Low-stock or recall notifications
  • Labour budget exceeded alerts
  • Unclaimed open shift after a waiting period (delay plus a live re-check)

Exact names depend on what your administrator has seeded for the tenant.

Tips before you activate
