Create Clothing Products and Variants

Create a clothing product

1. Go to Clothing → Products & Variants and click Create.
2. Enter a name, article code, brand, collection, and pricing.
3. Turn on parent / matrix mode if this product will have size-and-color variants — most apparel does.
4. Save. This creates an ordinary inventory item, marked as a clothing parent.

Generate the variant matrix

1. Open Manage Variants on the parent product.
2. Select the sizes, colors, and optional style codes to combine.
3. Generate — Biznsbook creates one variant per combination.
4. Review the generated barcodes, and set a per-variant price override for any that should differ from the parent price.
5. Deactivate any variant you no longer sell — assortment control happens by deactivating, not deleting; a hard delete isn't exposed in the UI.

Barcodes and labels

• Print Variant Labels — a printable label layout for the matrix.
• Export variant barcodes — download a CSV for external label printers.
• If you're setting up barcode scanning hardware, ask a Site Administrator about the Variant Barcode Guide under Site Admin.
