Communication Center in Biznsbook: An Overview
Communication Center is your company’s email hub: compose rich messages, schedule sends, manage templates and mailing lists, and measure delivery — while the same email engine also powers invoices, approvals, and CRM sequences across Biznsbook.
WhatsApp templates for the WhatsApp channel also live under this menu when that channel is licensed.
What you can do
- Compose rich HTML email with To / Cc / Bcc, attachments, and mailing lists
- Save drafts, send now, or schedule (including recurring)
- Build a template library by module (CRM, Accounting, HRMS, and more)
- Maintain mailing lists — static members or dynamic segments
- Run drip sequences (multi-step nurture) enrolled via Automation
- Review analytics — sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced
Outbound delivery uses Setup → Email Settings (SMTP or SendGrid), not a separate mail host inside this menu.

There is no separate Communication Center menu permission beyond the module license and company login.
Finding your way around

Prefer Analytics for performance reporting. If an Email Reports menu item opens an empty page, use Analytics instead.
How other modules use email
Communication Center is the UI for marketing-style and bulk mail. Other modules send transactional mail through the same delivery service — for example sale invoices, expense approvals, CRM sequences, and Real Estate reminders. Those messages feed the same delivery tracking when logged.
