If the Communication menu is missing or mail never leaves the queue, start with licensing and Setup → Email Settings.
Access, in plain language

There is no separate Communication Center permission on the menu beyond the module license and company login.
Frequently asked questions
No Communication menu. Confirm Communication Center is licensed for the company.
Send fails. Check Setup → Email Settings, provider API keys or SMTP credentials, from-address, and recipient addresses. Use a test send from Email Settings when available.
Analytics empty. No sends in the selected period, or open / click webhooks are not configured on the email provider.
Email Reports page is missing or 404. Use Analytics instead.
Scheduled mail stuck. Confirm background jobs are running for the company, and that the composition is still Scheduled with a due time in the past.
Drip emails not sending. Sequence must be Active, steps must have templates, enrollments must exist, and background drip processing must be running. Also confirm the Automation workflow that enrolls people is active.
No drip enrollments. Enrollment comes from Automation (Enroll in Drip Sequence), not from a toggle on the sequence itself.
WhatsApp template cannot be used in Automation. Create the template in Meta, then Mark Approved in Communication Center. See WhatsApp.
