Manage Templates and Mailing Lists

Templates keep branding consistent. Mailing lists reuse the same audience without retyping addresses every time.

Templates

  1. Go to Communication → Templates.
  2. Filter by module, category, audience, tags, or favorites.
  3. Create or edit with the template editor, or open the visual Template Builder for drag-and-drop layout.
  4. Use Preview, duplicate, activate / deactivate, and favorite as needed.
  5. Optionally Generate default templates to seed module-specific starters, or import / export templates as a JSON file.

Templates support {{Placeholder}} tokens so each send can fill in names, amounts, or other fields from your data.

Module tags include CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Payroll, Inventory, Expense, Real Estate, Automation, System, and General.

:::tip WhatsApp templates WhatsApp message templates for the WhatsApp channel are managed under Communication Center as well — create them in Meta, then mark approved in Biznsbook before Automation can send them. :::
