Request an Audit Bundle
An Audit Bundle packages selected compliance exports into one ZIP for a date range, with a clear manifest of what was included, skipped, or failed — useful when auditors ask for evidence without you gathering files by hand.
Who can see it
You need View reports, plus at least one of: Inventory, Taxation, Packaging, EPR, FSMA, SFCR, or Finance/Accounting.
Queue a ZIP
- Go to Management → Audit Bundle.
- Pick From and To dates.
- Tick the sections you need:
- Tax filings
- Packaging footprint
- Recalls
- Supplier scorecard
- Click Queue ZIP.
- Wait until status shows Completed (background jobs run about every five minutes), then click Download.
Status moves through Pending → Processing → Completed (or Failed if something goes wrong).
What's inside
- CSV files for the sections you selected
- A manifest listing included sections, skipped sections (module not licensed), and any errors
:::info Regulator ESS exports stay separate FDA, SFCR, and EPR regulator ESS portals remain on their own export screens — the Audit Bundle does not replace those filings. :::
If your login name is an email address, you may receive a “bundle ready” notification when processing finishes.
