Capture Leads with Form Builder

Form Builder lets you publish a form on your website so inbound interest becomes a CRM record automatically — no copy-paste from email.

Create a form

  1. Go to CRM → Form Builder and create a new form.
  2. Give it a clear name and choose what submissions should create: a Lead, Contact, or Account.
  3. Set the default lead source (for example Website) when the target is a lead.
  4. Add branding, a thank-you message, and an optional redirect URL after submit.
  5. Add the fields you need — including multi-step or conditional fields when your form design supports them.
  6. Save, then set the form to Active.

Publish the form

  1. Open the form detail page.
  2. Copy the embed code and place it on your website where visitors should convert.
  3. Keep the form token private — it authenticates public submissions.
  4. If your web team integrates directly, they can use the public submission endpoint with that token; rate limits and allowed origins apply as configured.

Inactive forms stop accepting submissions without deleting history.

Review submissions

  1. Open the form under CRM → Form Builder.
  2. Check the submission history on the form detail page.
  3. Open the created lead, contact, or account to continue qualification and follow-up.

:::warning Don't share form tokens Anyone with an active form's token can submit records into your CRM. Treat it like a password and regenerate it if it leaks. :::
