Use CRM Reports and the Dashboard

The dashboard is your daily snapshot. Reports answer deeper questions — where leads come from, how fast deals move, and what you expect to close.

Use the CRM Dashboard

  1. Open CRM → Dashboard.
  2. Scan KPI cards for leads and deals in the period.
  3. Check the pipeline overview for stage distribution.
  4. Clear due and overdue tasks, and follow up on at-risk deals.
  5. Review top deals and the team performance summary if your role can see team data.

Run a report

  1. Go to CRM → Reports.
  2. Pick a report from the left sidebar.
  3. Set the date range, and an owner filter if you can view more than your own records.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Export or download when your role allows it.

Empty results are usually a date range that doesn't cover your data, or an owner filter that limits you to your own records.

:::tip Start with Sales Overview If you're new to CRM reporting, run Sales Overview for the current month first, then drill into Lead Source or Win / Loss for the story behind the numbers. :::
