Use CRM Reports and the Dashboard
The dashboard is your daily snapshot. Reports answer deeper questions — where leads come from, how fast deals move, and what you expect to close.
Use the CRM Dashboard
- Open CRM → Dashboard.
- Scan KPI cards for leads and deals in the period.
- Check the pipeline overview for stage distribution.
- Clear due and overdue tasks, and follow up on at-risk deals.
- Review top deals and the team performance summary if your role can see team data.
Run a report
- Go to CRM → Reports.
- Pick a report from the left sidebar.
- Set the date range, and an owner filter if you can view more than your own records.
- Click Apply.
- Export or download when your role allows it.
Which report to open
| Report | Focus |
|---|---|
| Sales Overview | Period performance summary |
| Lead Source | Where leads originate |
| Pipeline Velocity | How quickly deals move between stages |
| Win / Loss | Outcomes and lost reasons |
| Activity Report | Logged calls, meetings, and notes |
| Revenue Forecast | Weighted pipeline forecast |
| Account Health | Account-level health metrics |
| Lead Aging | Leads that have gone stale |
Empty results are usually a date range that doesn't cover your data, or an owner filter that limits you to your own records.
:::tip Start with Sales Overview If you're new to CRM reporting, run Sales Overview for the current month first, then drill into Lead Source or Win / Loss for the story behind the numbers. :::
