Documents in Biznsbook: An Overview

Documents is your company document hub: a governed library with categories, approvals, expiry reminders, versioning, HTML templates, OCR-assisted upload suggestions, and e-signature requests — so compliance and operational files live in one place instead of scattered drives.

What you can do

  • Keep a central library for standalone and entity-linked files
  • Track expiry, approval status, and reminders
  • Upload with metadata, and use OCR assist on image files to suggest key fields
  • Maintain version history, archive, and an audit trail
  • Generate documents from HTML templates with placeholders
  • Request, track, remind, and certify electronic signatures

:::info What Documents is not It is not a full external DMS, not bulk OCR extraction, and not a replacement for module-specific transactions. It stores and controls related documents. Packaging barcode labels live under Packaging, not here. :::
