Biznsbook is a full native ERP — one system for Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, POS, and more — instead of stitching together separate apps. This guide walks a brand-new company through go-live: from "just signed up" to "posted my first sale."

The fastest path to value​

Follow these in order. Each one only takes a few minutes:

  1. Set up your company profile — name, currency, fiscal year, and branding.
  2. Choose and enable your modules — turn on Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and anything else you need.
  3. Invite your team — add users and decide what each person can see and do.
  4. Add your suppliers and customers — the parties you'll trade with.
  5. Set up units and categories — the building blocks your products are built on.
  6. Add your products — your item catalog: codes, prices, and stock settings.
  7. Create a warehouse — even a single default location works to start.
  8. Record your first GRN — bring in opening stock or a real purchase.
  9. Make your first sale — see stock and accounting move together.

:::tip Don't try to configure everything on day one Biznsbook has a lot of modules. You don't need Manufacturing, Payroll, or Taxation configured before your first sale — add modules as your business actually needs them. :::
