Employee directory
Open HRMS → Directory for a searchable card or list layout. Filter by department, designation, and status, or search by name or code. Quick actions typically include view profile, focus on the org chart, and apply leave.
Org chart
Open HRMS → Org Chart for an interactive tree built from each employee’s reporting manager. Filter by department; click a card to open the profile. Department heads often show a visual accent so you can spot them quickly.
You can also open org context from an employee’s Org tab.
:::tip Link users before Self Service Staff cannot use Employee Self Service until Linked User is set on their employee record. HR usually does this when creating the login. :::
