Integrations in Biznsbook: An Overview
Integrations connects Biznsbook to external systems without custom code. Two areas work side by side:
- Integration Hub — connectors such as Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, WooCommerce, HubSpot, and others, with field mappings and execution logs
- Toast POS Integration — menu and sales sync so restaurant inventory stays aligned with Toast (sold + waste)
Your company only sees connectors an administrator has assigned. Toast is licensed separately and needs Inventory, Sales, and POS.
What you can do
Integration Hub
- Enable assigned connectors and store credentials securely
- Subscribe to outbound events (invoices, payments, leads, stock)
- Map Biznsbook fields to external API names
- Register inbound webhooks (log only, upsert customer, import sale, or fire automation)
- Monitor the execution log by connector and status
Toast POS
- Import items and daily sales/waste from Toast CSVs (or Sync Now when API credentials are set)
- Map Toast products and locations to inventory and warehouses
- Reconcile sales vs movements and review margin
- Reverse a completed sales import if you need to restore stock
