Integrations in Biznsbook: An Overview

Integrations connects Biznsbook to external systems without custom code. Two areas work side by side:

  • Integration Hub — connectors such as Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, WooCommerce, HubSpot, and others, with field mappings and execution logs
  • Toast POS Integration — menu and sales sync so restaurant inventory stays aligned with Toast (sold + waste)

Your company only sees connectors an administrator has assigned. Toast is licensed separately and needs Inventory, Sales, and POS.

What you can do

Integration Hub

  • Enable assigned connectors and store credentials securely
  • Subscribe to outbound events (invoices, payments, leads, stock)
  • Map Biznsbook fields to external API names
  • Register inbound webhooks (log only, upsert customer, import sale, or fire automation)
  • Monitor the execution log by connector and status

Toast POS

  • Import items and daily sales/waste from Toast CSVs (or Sync Now when API credentials are set)
  • Map Toast products and locations to inventory and warehouses
  • Reconcile sales vs movements and review margin
  • Reverse a completed sales import if you need to restore stock
