QC plans​

Manufacturing → QC Plans defines reusable inspection templates — what to measure and the pass/fail limits for each parameter — so you're not rebuilding the same checklist every time.

Quality inspections​

  1. Go to Manufacturing → Quality Inspections.
  2. Create an inspection linked to a production entry or work context.
  3. Load parameters from a QC plan where one applies, or enter them ad hoc.
  4. Record the results, note any defects, and approve the inspection.

Approving an inspection fires an automatic pass or fail event — your automation rules can react to it, for example notifying QA on a failed inspection. Pending inspections show up on the Manufacturing dashboard so nothing sits forgotten.

Quality statistics​

Manufacturing → Quality Statistics shows pass rates and defect trends over time, for management review.
