Set Up Loyalty
Where loyalty is enabled for your company, the terminal can track points and tiers for repeat customers.
On the terminal
- Search for a customer to view their current loyalty points and tier.
- Use Enroll to sign up a new member on the spot.
- Redeem points against a sale, following your company's loyalty settings — the discount and any minimum redemption rules come from how loyalty is configured for your company.
Loyalty transactions post through the same accounting integration as the sale itself, so redeemed value is reflected correctly in your books.
