Before You Start with Real Estate

Real Estate appears in the main menu once the module is licensed. What you can see and change still depends on permissions assigned to your user under Settings → Users & roles.

Licensing, in plain language

LicenseWhat you get
Lead Management onlyREMS Leads — pipeline, follow-ups, site visits (and convert to customer when you later add full REMS)
Real Estate (full)Complete REMS — leads plus projects, units, bookings, installments, leasing, handovers, and portals

If you see Leads but not Projects or Bookings, confirm which module is enabled in Management → Licensed modules.

Tenant portal login is controlled by your company administrator. It is off by default; ask an administrator if tenants should log in.
