Use Real Estate Reports and Dashboard

Use the REMS overview and Reports menu for portfolio health, collections meetings, and owner reporting.

REMS overview dashboard

Open Real Estate → REMS overview for executive KPIs and quick links, including:

  • Availability and leasing shortcuts
  • Disbursements (owner statements)
  • Owner Portal administration
  • Common Areas

Leads Dashboard (also under Overview) focuses on pipeline metrics. Day-to-day leasing KPIs also appear on the Rent Dashboard under Leasing (expected / collected / overdue / occupancy).

Rent roll

  1. Open Real Estate → Reports → Rent Roll.
  2. Filter by project, owner, or date.
  3. Review occupancy, contracted rent, collected rent, and vacancy.
  4. Export PDF or Excel, or email-share to stakeholders.

Monthly snapshots are saved automatically so you can compare trends over time.

Aged receivables

  1. Open Aged Receivables.
  2. Review outstanding rent and charges by aging bucket.
  3. Drill down to tenant or lease lines.
  4. Send reminder or bulk reminder, mark dispute, or record payment inline.

Scheduled email delivery of aged AR is configured under Rent Reminders (day and hour). Communication Center improves outbound email when licensed.

Large lists use server-side paging so big portfolios stay usable.
