Work with Booking Details

From Real Estate → All Bookings → Details you manage one sale after the booking exists: schedules, payments, totals, and exports.

What you see on booking details

  • Customer, project, unit, and status timeline
  • Linked payment schedules and installment history
  • Actions to record payments, recalculate, and export

Manage the payment schedule

  1. Open the booking detail.
  2. Open payment schedules.
  3. Create, edit, or delete schedule lines when the plan changes.
  4. Shift due dates when construction or agreement milestones move.

After structural schedule changes, use Recalculate so booking totals stay aligned with the lines.

Record an installment payment

  1. Choose Record installment payment (or open Bookings → Installments).
  2. Enter amount, method, and any reference details.
  3. Save. Line status moves to Partially paid, Paid, or stays Pending as appropriate.

Users with Add Installments REMS (or Company Admin) see extra tabs on the installment payment screen for advanced entry.

Guest payment links are covered in Run the sale journey. You can jump from the booking to related installment payment history and to Payment Links when you need to send or resend a link.

Export and share

  • Export a booking PDF for agreements or file copies
  • Export Excel when you need a spreadsheet for finance review

:::tip Overdue after a guest paid? Confirm the guest payment was posted (not only submitted pending approval), then recalculate the booking if totals still look wrong. :::

When Accounting is involved

Posted installment receipts can create journals in Accounting. If a booking is deleted with cascade options, review any accounting reversal preview before you confirm.
