Deliver Goods from a Sales Order
From a Confirmed or Partially Fulfilled order, click Deliver goods to open a delivery note with the customer, warehouse, and open line quantities already filled in — set each line to this shipment's quantity only, since partial deliveries are fully supported.

What happens on the sales order
- Posting the delivery note issues stock from the warehouse, releases the matching reservation for that quantity, and updates the order's delivered quantity.
- Repeat for each later shipment, or link an existing delivery note from the order's Details page if it wasn't created via Deliver goods.
- Fast Dispatch, under Inventory, is the barcode-speed alternative — select the order, scan, and complete to create and post a delivery note in one step.
This mirrors Receive goods on the purchase side: the physical movement is recorded on the delivery note, not on the invoice.
