Track Attendance and Timesheets

Attendance records actual hours against scheduled shifts. Verified, clocked-out records feed cost posting and overtime claims.

Ways to clock in and out

MethodWhere
Manager entryLabour Scheduling → Attendance
Employee self-serviceMy Attendance (account menu)
POSCashier session open/close when POS clock-in is enabled in Settings

Clock-in tries to match the person's scheduled shift within about two hours of the scheduled start. If the POS terminal has a Labour location, matching prefers shifts at that location first. No match becomes a walk-in with no linked shift.

Verify timesheets

  1. Go to Labour Scheduling → Timesheet (under Attendance).
  2. Work the unverified queue so nothing is missed.
  3. Verify before posting labour cost or generating overtime claims.
  4. Export timesheets to Excel from Attendance when needed.

Unverified attendance can also appear in the company Attention Center when Scheduling is licensed.

No-shows

If nobody clocks in within about 30 minutes of a scheduled start, the system flags a no-show and can alert managers. You can wire further follow-up with Automation.

Email delivery note

Schedule and swap emails use:

  • HR employees — work email (or personal if no work email)
  • Standalone employees — portal login email

No email still allows in-app notifications. Employees without a portal login link may not reach My Schedule / My Attendance / My Swaps.
