Collaborate with Suppliers

Supplier collaboration complements Inventory’s Supplier scorecard with forward-looking forecast shares and commitment requests — not just historical buying scores.

Portal accounts

1. Open Supply Chain Planning → Supplier Portal.
2. Invite a supplier contact.
3. Use Resend, Reset password, or Revoke as the relationship changes.
4. Suppliers sign in through the portal experience (same family of portal auth used elsewhere in Biznsbook — not the internal company user login).

Forecast shares

1. Open Forecast Shares.
2. Seed or add shares for a supplier.
3. Share only SKUs that supplier provides.
4. Remove shares when the commercial relationship or assortment changes.

PO commitments

1. Open PO Commitments.
2. Request commitment for supply the plan depends on.
3. Track responses; unanswered requests can expire via the daily commitment-expiry job.
