Run an SFCR Trace

Use the SFCR Trace Report to follow a covered lot one step back to its supplier and one step forward to its customers — without mixing in FDA events.

  1. Open Trace Report from Inventory → Reports → SFCR Canada.
  2. Enter a batch / lot number, supplier TLC, or GRN number and click Search.
  3. Review the two result tables:
    • One Up (Where It Came From) — GRN, supplier and CFIA licence, supplier TLC, batch, received quantity, warehouse, purchase invoice, SFCR TLC code, and Receiving CTE.
    • One Down (Where It Went) — sales invoice, customer and address, quantity, batch, expiry, warehouse, SFCR TLC code, and Shipping CTE.
  4. Below the tables, the SFCR CTE Event Chain lists SFCR events in order (including one level of parent-lot lineage). The sidebar CTE Event Log link jumps straight to this panel.
  5. Click Export CFIA CSV beside the search box to download just this trace in the 16-column CFIA ESS schema.

:::info SFCR-only results Every result filters to SFCR Canada events. FDA/FSMA rows never appear here, even if the same physical lot also has FDA CTEs. :::
