Configure Barcode Scanner Settings
Open Inventory Settings → Barcode scanner to set your personal scanning preferences. These are stored in your browser, so they're per-user and per-device — you'll need to set them up again on a new device. This page also requires the Inventory module.
Configure this once per device to get a consistent scanning experience across:
- GRN line scanning, whether by camera or a USB wedge scanner
- Barcode lookup from warehouse tools, which shows an item's quantities across every warehouse
- Storage location barcodes, for sites using labeled bins
