Manage Warehouses and Stock Transfers

Once you're tracking stock across more than one location, the Warehouse Management add-on gives you transfers, capacity views, and a visual map on top of basic Inventory.

:::info Looking for the full transfer workflow? This page covers the basics. For step-by-step transfer statuses, storage locations, capacity enforcement, and the map editor, see the dedicated Warehouse section. :::

Transfer stock between warehouses

  1. Go to Inventory Operations → Stock Transfers and create a new transfer.
  2. Choose the source and destination warehouse, and the products and quantities to move.
  3. Follow the on-screen status through to completion — a transfer may move through draft, in transit, and received stages.
  4. Stock decreases at the source and increases at the destination once the transfer completes.

Transfer quantities can't exceed what's available, and use the same four-decimal precision as stock adjustments.

The warehouse map

Open a node on the map to see its Stock and History, and use the search box above each table to filter rows. Zone occupancy is shown with a color badge from OK to Full. Stock lists on the map use the same In Stock / Low Stock / Out of Stock badges as the product list.
